Description		Construction Plant Operations NVQ Assessor - Cheshire - �25,000 - �29,000 Do you have experience working with Construction Plant? Are you looking to use your experience to become an Assessor / Trainer ? One of the worlds largest Construction companies with a well established training division is looking to grow their team of Plant Operation NVQ Assessors/ Trainers in Cheshire. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Plant Operations industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces and in the Cheshire centre, enabling them to realise their career potential. This role will suit an excellent communicator who has experience of Construction Plant Operations ideally at management level and is looking to work with and support learners. Previous Assessing experience is not essential however it would be advantageous if the applicant hold any of the following; - Minimum of 5 years recent experience within the Construction Industry required (trade specific) - Ideally possess Craft and advanced Craft certification - Ideally possess relevant Assessor awards (A1 and/or D32/33) - Ideally possess relevant Trainer awards (L units/Level 3 Direct training & support/Certificate of Education) - High level of interpersonal and communication skills required You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including: -A salary range between 18k -> 28k and reviewed annually in relation to your value and contribution -Staff Bonus scheme -Company Car/Mobile phone -Pension Plan -26 days annual holiday (increasing with service) -A Personal Development Plan giving the opportunity to reach both your career and personal goals To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
