Description		NVQ Assessor, Health and Social Care - East Anglia, Cambridgeshire - 18,000 Bonuses Do you have experience working in the Elderly Care industry? Are you looking to use your experience to help others reach their full potential in the work place? One of the UK's largest NVQ training providers are looking to grow their team of Care Assessors covering Cambridgeshire. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Care industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential. Previous assessing experience is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a career change, and the opportunity to work for a large organisation who can provide full support in obtaining the D32/33/A1 qualifications. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications - Maintaining documentation on learners' records - Liasing with Learners, Verifiers and Management - Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards This role will suit an excellent communicator who has experience working within social care / nursing. It is essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within the Cambridgeshire region to visit different workplaces. A car and driving licence are a must. You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including: - Basic starting salary of 18,000 increasing to 18,500 on achievement of A1 certificate which the company will fund - 25 days holiday - 35p per mile when travelling on business - Excellent company pension scheme - Quarterly bonuses To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
