Description		Sport NVQ Assessor - Berkshire - 18,000 + bonuses + 35p mileage Do you have experience working as a Gym/fitness Manager? Are you looking to become an NVQ Assessor? One of the UK's largest NVQ training providers are looking to grow their team of Health and Fitness NVQ Assessors covering Berkshire / West Surrey. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Finess industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential. Previous assessing experience is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a career change, and the opportunity to work for a large organisation who can provide full support in obtaining the D32/33/A1 qualifications. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications - Maintaining documentation on learners' records - Liasing with Learners, Verifiers and Management - Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards This role will suit an excellent communicator who has experience managing a gym/fitness centre and is looking to work with and support learners. It is essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within Berkshire / West Surrey region to visit different workplaces. A car and driving licence are a must. You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including: - Basic starting salary of 18,000 - Quarterly bonuses - 25 days holiday - 35p per mile when travelling on business - Excellent company pension scheme - Company car after 18 months based on 10,000 miles per year.
