Description		OUTSTANDING NURSERY MANAGER � Reading This is a nursery Managers post for a lovely but VERY busy nursery based in this area. If you are are a nursery manager looking for career development with a great company and an opportunity to develop a large Nursery, have lots of ideas and wish to work in an environment which prides itself on good practises and providing a great working environment for its staff � then this could be the post for you! TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A MANAGER SHOULD INCLUDE: � To maintain and promote high standards of care � To ensure the nursery is financially successful � To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention � To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times � To work in partnership with the parents YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: � An NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3, or equivalent qualification � Knowledge of the EYFS � Knowledge of OFSTED standards � Excellent communication skills � Strong people management skills � Financial management experience All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
