Description		We are recruiting for a Job Broker for one of the UK's leading private sector employment-focused training and enterprise companies. Whether it's helping individuals get back to work or set up and run a business, supporting employers to train their staff or recruit the right people, our client is committed to providing services that make a difference. The Job Broker will report to the Project Manager and develop links with employers, brokering solutions to recruitment and training needs. The post-holder will broker solutions that enable both customers and employers the opportunity to trial vacancies through placements to ensure suitability. The role requires proactive employer engagement to ensure a pool of suitable vacancies is available for our customers as well as developing tailored job outcome solutions for individual customers when necessary. You will have a track record of successfully employer engagement ideally within the Cheshire District, and the ability to sell the benefits of our customers to employers and the benefits of employment to our individual customers.
