Description		NVQ Assessor, Painting and Decorating - Yorkshire, Middlesbrough - �20,000 - �22,000 plus annual bonuses Do you have experience working as a Painter / Decorator? Are you keen to work as an NVQ Assessor ? One of the worlds largest Construction companies with a well established training division is looking to grow their team of Painting and Decorating NVQ Assessors/ Trainers in Yorkshire , Middlesbrough. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces and in the Cheshire centre, enabling them to realise their career potential. Previous Assessing experience is not essential however it would be advantageous if the applicant holds any of the following; - Minimum of 5 years recent experience within the Construction Industry required (trade specific) - Ideally possess Painting and Decorating NVQ - Ideally possess relevant Assessor awards (A1 and/or D32/33) - Ideally possess relevant Trainer awards (L units/Level 3 Direct training & support/Certificate of Education) - High level of interpersonal and communication skills required You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including: -A salary range between 20k -> 22k and reviewed annually in relation to your value and contribution -Staff Bonus scheme -Pension Plan -26 days annual holiday (increasing with service) -A Personal Development Plan giving the opportunity to reach both your career and personal goals To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
