Description		My client is an established training company specialising in NVQ assessment for the care industry. Currently my client has a need for a Projects Manager . The role requires trust and flexibility , you will be required to work remotely and also be office based when needed. Purpose of the role Assessment and verification of N.V.Q training policy. Establish and maintain database system that can record and track progress of all NVQ candidates in the company. Work with the companies Director's in developing new projects. Take responsibility for developing and delivering care training in both in house and externally. Manage a team and be responsible for recruitment and selection of staff. Monitor and audit the effectiveness of training processes. allocate work loads and support staff with thier responsibility for the delivery and assessment of NVQ Manage the delivery of training to include staff and training books. Person Specification A degree or equivalent qualification Possession of assessor awards-D32, D33 ( or equivalent). Appropriate project management skills. Proven management skills. Proven project management skills. Experience of writing successful tenders and bids for contracts. NVQ in care related programmes.
