Expansion is key for this organisation and as such an opportunity has arisen to join the highly successful Peterborough branch. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process with considerable focus on candidate and client relationships. Within this fast paced environment there is the opportunity to ensure excellent service delivery for existing contracts however, there is also the opportunity to make your mark and develop new business areas. An eye for detail is also important to ensure all teachers meet national and local legislation. The successful candidate will ideally possess education recruitment experience although experience from other recruitment sectors would definitely be considered. Enthusiasm, strong business acumen and the desire to succeed are also qualities valued highly and in return a competitive package is given together with the opportunity to work within a positive, enjoyable environment that also offers career progression.
