We are looking for an experienced NVQ Assessors in all areas to work for a fantastic leading organisation.
We are looking for A1 NVQ Assessors based close to London,Surrey, Berkshire or Hampshire.

The Role

You will be required to:

Assess learners to a particular level of competence within the NVQ programme and to the National Standards.

To support learners with portfolio preparation and other advice as appropriate.

To manage an agreed caseload of learners and accurately track progress.

Develop plans for assessing competence with learners in line with qualification requirements.

Judge evidence against criteria to make assessment decisions and provide feedback and support to learners on these decisions.

Carry out initial assessment of learners prior to commencement of the NVQ / Apprenticeship programme as required.

To participate in reviewing and improving NVQ systems and procedures.

To contribute to securing new business in relation to NVQs within the curriculum area for the company.

To work with Internal Verifiers following internal verification of portfolios and during observation visits.

To liaise with the External Verifier as appropriate and make available and present portfolios for external validation.

The Person

To be successful for this role you must have previous experience as an NVQ Assessor with your A1.

You will need to be based within the following areas: London or Surrey, Berkshire or Hampshire
