Description Room Leaders Required

We have a lovely Nursery in the Bagshot area of Surrey looking for Room Leaders to work with all ages.

Previous supervisory experience is preferable for these roles, but not essential. If you feel you have the experience and confidence required to succeed as a Room Leader, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

The successful Room Leader will be qualified to Level 3 in childcare, have experience of dealing with a range of different situations from dealing with parent complaints and requests, to planning and providing activities for chidren, to caring for children with special needs.

Some of your responsibilities as a Room leader will include:


To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room reflective of the EYFS
To work in partnership with the parents
To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
To work as part of a team
To ensure confidentiality at all times

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Have experience of working with children
