I'm working with a Northampton based training provider who URGENTLY require a Teaching Assistant Assessor to cover Northamptonshire.
This is a small and popular training provider and the successful candidate must have a strong sense of team spirit. They really need someone who can come in and hit the ground running, the position has arisen due to a massive influx of new learners in the Teaching Assistant programme. Salary Banding and benefits are as follows:

- £20k basic Salary (will vary depending on experience)- 25K OTE
- Generous Mileage Allowance
- Phone allowance and all other necessary tools for the job

The ideal candidate would be based close by or an east commutable distance to Northampton as the majority of the learners are in the county
