Excel Administrator/Data Analyst
Skills/Experience
Sage/Payroll would be an advantage
Advanced Knowledge of Excel - Spreadsheets, formulas, tables & macros
Previous experience an advantage
Duties include
Daily use of In House computer Database (training will be given)
Collate all reports from all stores re sales, GP, Targets and stock control.
Responsible for analysing data and Identifying issues and problem solving, attention to detail and accuracy a must.
Able to use own initiative, work on own and as part of a team, to be flexible and move forward with the company.
Responsible for working out individual shops performance and bonuses.
It is a lot of figure work and all reports and issues have to be presented to MD.
Some payroll will also be involved
