Deputy Manager - Crewe
An opportunity has arisen within a large Nursery, for a Deputy Manager to work closely with the Manager and contribute to the ongoing development of the Nursery.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Nursery that aims to provide excellent childcare and education and can offer excellent training and career opportunities into the future.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, and an awareness of how to manage and motivate staff.
A good knowledge of budgeting and finance is desirable for this role.
An understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service is essential.
Your responsibilities as a Deputy Manager will include:
To maintain and promote high standards of care
To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention
To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
To work in partnership with the parents
You will need the following training and experience
An NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of the EYFS
Knowledge of OFSTED standards
Excellent communication skills
Strong people management skills
All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
