Are you a qualified Technology teacher who specialises in resistant materials?

Are you looking to secure a new post or an NQT induction year from September 09 in a thriving North West London comprehensive?

Come and join a flagship technology department in a specialist technology status school and teach Resistant Materials across all Key Stages from September 09. This position has arisen due to a later resignation and the school is seeking to appoint a confident teacher who is well planned, has a confident classroom manner and can ensure that students of all ability levels maximise their potential.

The school is an 11-18 modern comprehensive that’s renowned for excellent management and high standards of teaching and learning and last year 74% of students achieved 5 or more A-C’s at GCSE.

Technology is a popular subject at all Key Stages and many students chose to study D&T at A level and vocational courses which are all taught in superb facilities which were built in 2004. The school also teaches the 14-19 curriculum and offers a variety of vocational subjects including carpentry, construction and hairdressing.
