WBL Manager - West London Up to £40k plus £5K bonus + benefits

This is a permanent full time role for a WBL Manager who has experience managing a team of Training Co-ordinators who deliver apprenticeship and Train to Gain qualifications across London in Customer Service, Business Administration, ITQ, Management and Team Leading.

Based out of this expanding and innovative training provider's Acton offices you will be responsible for managing a team of NVQ Assessors working across London. You will be responsible for ensuring the team is motivated and exceeding their performance targets.

Applicants must hold the A1 and V1 (or equivalent) and have solid assessing and verifying experience in Customer service, business admin, Team Leading and/or Management.

Salary on offer: £32-£40K +£5K bonus, 22 days holiday, mobile and laptop. 32p per mile expenses. 37 hours a week.
