Description A English Teacher is required to teach up to GCSE due to a maternity leave in September. Duties to include responsibility for planning, preparation, delivering, marking any extra curricular activities with PPA time and support given. Ideally, Secondary qualified but applications are welcome from NQT's, FE and Instructor backgrounds. The mixed school (11-18 yrs) based on the South Yorkshire / Derbyshire border has approx 1300 on role and has excellent LEA A-C results (54% in 2007) and so they are looking for a specialist teacher to help the department continue raising standards.
