This role requires a proactive individual with ambition and a passion for people development. Candidates of choice will have good occupational competence within Hospitality and a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within this sector.

D32/D33 or A1 Qualified you will have delivered NVQ’s up to level 3 within Hospitality in a previous role and have good interpersonal skills delivering Train to Gain contracts and key skills on a one to one basis and within groups. Candidates with PTTLS or similar would be advantageous.

Managing a caseload of up to 40 learners you will be focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers within East and West Sussex moving into the Surrey area.

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £25K depending upon experience and qualifications, mileage expenses, the latest work tools together with outstanding career prospects. Candidates are required to own a car.
