Experienced within the Hospitality sector you will possess the following attributes; a passion for people development, ambition, drive, bags of initiative and the ability to deliver and pass on knowledge within this sector. Candidates of choice will have good occupational competence within hospitality (preferably ‘Front of House’ experience) as well as good interpersonal skills and be very self disciplined.

Preferably qualified to D32/33 A1/ in the occupational area of hospitality you will be required to deliver NVQ’s up to level 3 and key skills in this sector. Being comfortable managing a caseload of 40 candidates, which is shared between Train to Gain contracts and Full Modern Apprenticeships. You will be passionate about people development and focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers within Hampshire and surrounding areas.
