Description		An Established and well respected Grade 2 “Oftsed” National Training Provider are embarking on an expansion plan. GPRS have been exclusively engaged to shortlist a number of top calibre training professionals to help manage and complement their existing and very successful team, and are seeking to attract only the finest talent now. Experienced within the Hospitality sector you will possess the following attributes; a passion for people development, ambition, drive, bags of initiative and the ability to deliver and pass on knowledge within this sector. Candidates of choice will have good occupational competence within hospitality (preferably ‘Front of House’ experience) as well as good interpersonal skills and be very self disciplined. Preferably qualified to D32/33 A1/ in the occupational area of hospitality you will be required to deliver NVQ’s up to level 3 and key skills in this sector. Being comfortable managing a caseload of 40 candidates, which is shared between Train to Gain contracts and Full Modern Apprenticeships. You will be passionate about people development and focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers within Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will be rewarded with a salary of up to �21K dependant upon qualifications and experience, and a generous benefits package.
