Parkhouse Bell is currently looking for tutors/trainers for our client who is a leader in the welfare to work sector to work on the Community Work Force contract. If you are passionate about helping others and making a difference in the community then this is the role for you.

Community Task Force (CTF) is part of the wider Young Persons Guarantee available to all customers aged 18-24 who are approaching 12 months unemployment. Offering up to a maximum of 6 months’ quality work experience of benefit to the community, CTF is designed primarily to enhance the employability and work-related skills of young people and increase their chances of entering sustained employment.

We have vacancies in Northampton, Nottingham, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Norwich, Thetford, Lincoln, Grantham, Skegness, Louth, Boston, Mablethorpe, Peterbrough, Kings Lynn.

This role is much more than purely standing up and delivering training to groups it includes working one on one with clients following their journey into sustainable employment. Your role will involve induction's, designing placement programmes and delivering job search, advice and guidance and literacy and numeracy sessions.

Qualifications necessary for this role are a PGCE or NQF teaching standard (including PGDE/NVQ Level 3-4; SVUK Level 5; 7303 PTLLS; Membership of Institute of Learning; ATLS or QTLS status, ESOL; IAG/Counselling qualification) or be working towards it at time of application.

Salaries for these roles are paying between £20,000 - £21,500 per annum.
