Description		Employability Work Coach- South Shields/ Sunderland Do you have experience helping unemployed people back into work? Are you a recruitment consultant looking for a new challenge? One of the UK's largest Employability providers is looking to increase the number of Job Coaches working in the South Shields and Sunderland Regions. This is a great opportunity to draw on your skills and experience to help unemployed people find work. Your responsibilities will include: - Group Teaching/ Workshops on CV Writing, Interview Techniques and Employability specific skills - 1:1 Tutoring with individuals requiring extra support - Creating Marketing Campaigns to target local employers - Developing relationships with employers to establish job opportunities - Matching learner skills to job vacancies and placing people into work The ideal candidate for this position will have a background working as a Job Coach / Placement Officer or a Recruitment Consultant. You will need experience in a sales/ target driven environment with knowledge of different recruitment techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate staff are essential.
