Our client based in Surrey is seeking a Programme Lead Trainer with experience gained within the education sector. This role requires an inspiring leader with a wide range of skills to organise and deliver in school training and out of school experience events. This role will also support the selling of these services to schools and engage colleagues and third parties in the organisation of these exciting learning opportunities. As such the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise and experience in selling and delivering training.

They will also possess the necessary skills to develop programmes to meet changing requirements within the education and skills sectors. An educational psychologist background would be a bonus but not necessary factor, rather a strong track record in leading inspiring programmes for young people.

Given the nature of the activity, the Programme Lead will be the organisation?s lead deliverer and able to adapt the delivery approach to different school environments and to be able to select and train external delivers and possibly Regional Directors in line with the business model. The position is responsible for the training and development of a team of Associates who support the deliver of the events throughout the year at peak times. An ability to work closely with a range of training professionals is therefore required.

The quality focus of our client will require an excellent eye for detail and the tenacity and perseverance to finish tasks to the highest levels of quality.


The Programme Lead will play an active role within the senior team and as such must demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm for our client's strategy and vision and be able to support colleagues as necessary through strong flexible and collaborative working.

Lots of UK travel and overnight stays will be required for this role. Our clients head office is close to Bagshot so you will need to live within a commutable distance of here.
