Parkhouse Bell has an exciting opportunity with a national training provider who are currently looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Tutor to join their team in the Ellesmere Port area. This is a four month contract position.

This is a chance to use and develop your skills to really make a difference in peoples lives as the company is dedicated to helping people back into employment, many of whom have come from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The role will involve delivering induction and job search sessions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying learners needs and creating and implementing learning plans according to these needs; facilitating regular one on one career sessions to motivate and assist learners in successful job search; closely monitoring learners to ensure they are progressing accordingly and to ensure that effective relationships with local employers are sustained.

The successful candidate must:
* Hold the PTLLS,CTLLS, DTLLS or Certificate of education PGCE / City and Guilds 7304
* Be experienced in applying Literacy and Numeracy diagnostics
* Be experienced in preparing and delivering lesson plans around a set criteria
* Demonstrate a high level of organisational skills and self motivation

The successful candidate must be willing to travel.

The salary on offer is £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.
