My client is seeking an experienced Lead NVQ Assessor / NVQ Team Leader / NVQ Manager / NVQ Coordinator within Retail. You must hold your A1 or D32/33, have considerable NVQ assessing experience, be occupationally competent to assess Retail and have experience of managing teams of people.

Your role will be to manage a team of NVQ Assessors on an NVQ Retail project. You will be home and field based and expected to be flexible to travel. On this basis you will given a large amount of flexibility to manage your time. Due to the nature of the role you must be willing and able to travel (you must hold a full UK DVL).
The role covers the following key areas...
* Line management of NVQ Assessors
* Supporting Assessors in achieving their KPI targets
* Support with sign ups or assessment visits
* Completing 1-2-1's and reviewing performance with Assessors
* Supporting your line manager with training and area meetings
* Organising and coordinating Assessor caseloads and workloads
* Motivating, coaching, training and developing NVQ Assessors
* Producing management reports
* NVQ assessing
