Engage Education are currently recruiting for supply teachers within and around the Luton area. The need for general cover and supply teachers has increased dramatically in the last month and we are in need of qualified teachers to do a fantastic job in our schools.

General cover and supply is a great way to get recognised by the schools in the area and therefore when a long term position arises, if you have done a good job, the school will offer the position to you. Work can be on a casual basis and you get to decide how many days a week you would like to work. Guaranteed Payment Scheme contracts are available in this area and this is security for teachers who want to do supply only. Our commitment to you is that if we do not get you working the minimum amount of time agreed, we still pay you for that day.

Personable, qualified teachers are required for a number of schools in the area to do an excellent job and therefore be rewarded with an above average pay rate and excellent support from dedicated members of staff.
