My clients are Primary & Secondary Schools in the London area seeking dynamic, experienced and qualified teachers as a Lead Professional for SEN with outstanding teaching and leadership skills to help inspire the learning of their young people.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful school with a positive and friendly atmosphere. The successful candidates will manage the LSTs and LSAs, manage the SEN provision and develop whole school initiatives to support students on the SEN register.

The successful candidate will:-
• Have at least a year working as either a 2 i/c or SENCO
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team of TAs
• Be innovative in matters relating to SEN
QTS Status required.
