No Limits is a bespoke education and support service which provides an integrated programme of support for young people with additional needs who may challenge traditional services. We are currently recruiting for Assistant Community Learning Facilitators to deliver tailored and integrated support programmes across a variety of settings in Warrington including local community resources and the home environment, developing partnerships and working closely with family members.

Assistant Community Learning Facilitators- £6.49 to £7.32*

As an Assistant Community Learning Facilitator you would be working alongside a number of young people who need support with many aspects of their lives, including personal care and being able to access their communities. You will be supporting primarily in the evenings and during the school holidays - so this opportunity is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or a student who is looking for holiday employment.

We really need people to be enthusiastic and prepared to get involved in active and busy lifestyles! Ideally, you will have experience of working with people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, but we provide full specialist training, so the right people will gain all the skills they need. However, it is essential that you understand and demonstrate a proactive, confident and flexible approach to work. A full driving licence is also essential.
