Nursery Nurse

Athona Education are seeking an experienced Nursery Nurse to join a thriving mainstream Primary School in the Maldon area. The Nursery Nurse will join the school in January 2012 to cover sick leave and will work on a week to week basis.

The Nursery Nurse will be expected to support the Class Teacher in a range of activities throughout the school day, as well as working with small groups of pupils in and outside the classroom.

It is essential that the Nursery Nurse is fully qualified, with an NVQ level 3 or Diploma level 3 in Childcare. The ideal candidate will also have a range of experience of caring for young children in both Nursery and Primary School settings, with a passion to aid children's learning and development.
