They are committed to providing quality training and consultancy to businesses, adults and young people in the Support Service sector.

The Role:

Our client is constantly recruiting for Assessors in the area of Cleaning & Support Services and as they are currently struggling to find assessors at the moment they have developed a new programme in order to attract new potential candidates.

It is our client’s intention that all Assessors are occupationally competent in Cleaning & Support Services and at least one other occupational area such as Team Leading, Customer Service, Business Admin and Facilities Management.

They are also looking for Assessors who have apprenticeship experience in the above areas.

The successful candidate will be able to provide a flexible support to learners in the workplace or within the environment within which they are located, to ensure achievement of qualifications in accordance with agreed targets.
Some learners may be based within prisons and young offender institutions and the same flexible support and approach must be provided and maintained with all learners.

They are looking to recruit in the North East, Leeds/Yorkshire Area and West Midlands/Oxford Area.

The Individual:

Qualified to A1 Assessor Award/TAQA or equivalent preferred.
NVQ Level II in Cleaning.
BICSc/COPC Stage 1 qualified preferred not essential.
Teaching qualification i.e. Cert Ed, pttls or willing to work towards qualification.
Hold an Equality & Diversity Qualification – NCFE level 2 minimum preferred.
At least 3 years current experience working as a cleaner is essential, with some support services experience/occupational competency.

salary £16K basic with Bonus OTE £25K
