Accountability's;
Advise managers and employees on all HR processes and policies
.
Manage the reference, eligibility to work in the UK and CRB process for all prospective employees
Manage the new starter and leaver process and process all employment changes
Maintain accurate employee records on the HR Information system and in personal files
Work with payroll team to prepare information for the monthly payroll
Produce weekly/monthly reports relating to HR activity accurately and on time
Provide support to the HR Advisers and get involved in project work as and when required
Conduct HR audits at our Nursery sites
Respond to all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and keep up to date with filing
Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Person Specification;
· HR experience
· Knowledge of right to work in the UK
· Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
· Organised, efficient administrator
· Attention to detail
· Excellent level of customer service
· Confident and self motivated
· Good telephone manner
· Confidential and sensitive approach.
