Our client’s school is looking for a forward thinking experienced or NQT teacher to come in and help the English department achieve their goals. This oversubscribed mixed comprehensive school last year achieved 51% A-C GCSE results and their last OFSTED report listed the School as ‘outstanding’. The English faculty received an excellent review and all the teachers work together to achieve this.

The Head at this school is looking for a strong teacher whether they are NQT or experienced is not a problem, but he does need them to have strong classroom management. The school has an excellent support system in place so you will not feel along, there are always member of the SLT around and also more experienced members of your department.
