Maths Teacher

The Recruitment Team at Athona Education are looking for a strong Maths Teacher to join a large Secondary School in East London. This is a long term position with the teacher being expected to join the school on 16th April 2012 for 1 term, to the end of the School Year.

The Maths Teacher will need to have excellent classroom control and have an enthusiastic approach to teaching. They will be teaching Maths to GCSE Level, however having A Level teaching experience will strongly benefit the successful candidate. The Maths Teacher should have high expectations of their pupils and be committed to supporting pupils to reach the best of their potential.

The successful candidate can look forward to joining a strong and successful school, with support from the rest of the Maths Department. NQT’s will be considered for this long term position provided they have recent teaching experience.
