Early Years Teacher

Early Years Teacher required for this lovely pre-prep school in Crowthorne. Salary will be according to experience

The successful applicant will be passionate about working in childcare, leading and supporting the EYFS curriculum within the setting.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
Supporting the team in delivering the EYFS effectively
Achieving and maintain high standards of care and education
To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with your team reflective of the EYFS
To ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times
To work in partnership with the parents and provide good customer service
To ensure confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications - you will need to have a minimum -
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) *PGCE *BA (hons) in Early Education

With Experience and Skills in
Knowledge and understanding of the EYPS
Planning and leading the curriculum for Early Years
Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
Good time management skills
Good knowledge of health and safety legislation
Strong people management skills
Flexible and adaptable approach to the job
