Education Recruitment Consultant

ITNMark are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work as part of the hugely successful flagship West London branch.

We have opportunities to work in primary, secondary school support sectors all of which involve working with long standing clients and have current business.

In a nutshell the role would be to facilitate the placements of Teachers, Teaching Assistants and other SEN related staff across all West and South London schools.

The position requires the consultant to, but will not be limited to;
Manage a pool of teachers and support staff
Pro-actively promote the company by actively working towards engaging new business,
Ensure that the company and clients alike comply with all relevant legal aspects pertaining to the Nature of the work undertaken.
Sourcing, interviewing candidates, visiting schools and assisting overseas teachers with the transition to the UK are also important parts of the role.

Person Specification

The role requires a vigorous approach to business development along with a commitment to outstanding service levels for existing client schools and candidates.

You will preferably be:
Degree qualified with experience in education recruitment or other public sector recruitment.
IT literate with sound typing skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail.
Tenacious, driven, ambitious, focused, doggedly determined, money motivated and not afraid of the phone!
Willing to participate in personal training & development Initial training, yearly developmental reviews and training plans, Mentoring, regular follow ups and monitoring
