Location - Ideally Midlands or South (however the role will potentially involve national travel so location can be flexible)
Field based positions assessing learners in their place of work
Salary £27,000 plus excellent package

The Professional Services team deliver training in Health and Safety, Construction related courses and Logistics driver CPC.

The role will deliver Health and Safety courses and either Construction related training courses or Logistics driver CPC training, dependant on your skills and experience.

You will be responsible for developing and continuously improving the quality of delivery to ensure the learner experience is of the highest standard.

Working in a predominantly commercial learning environment you will maintain a learner centred focus embracing the full range of delivery methods.

You must be a qualified Assessor with the A1 Award (or equivalent) and also hold a teaching qualification such as PTLLS. You must be experienced in assessing full apprenticeship qualifications (including Key Skills).

You should have sector relevant knowledge and experience of apprenticeship frameworks, NVQ, VRQ, Key Skills and higher level programmes.

Essential:
Qualified to Level 4 in Health & Safety or NEBOSH
TAQA or A1
NVQ L3 in Construction (construction only) or RPVD /LGV (Logistics only)

Desirable:
Site Safety Plus courses (SMSTS, SSSTS and H&S Awareness)
First Aid
Abrasive Wheels
IPAF
PASMA
Fire
Vehicle Marshall
CAT and Genny

You will be required to take a caseload of learners where you will have regular meetings to support them through the process. This will involve regular visits to the learners place of employment and also remote support.
It is essential you possess your own driving licence as the role will involve travelling to various sites to assess individuals in their work place.
Some Saturday work will be required for this role.
