Internal Verifier / Team Leader - Health and Social Care

Currently seeking an Experienced Team Leader / Internal Verifier (Health and Social Care) to cover the Kent / Sussex area!

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 + Company Benefits

Our client, a successful Training Provider who specialise within the Care sector, is currently looking to appoint an experienced Team Leader / Internal Verifier to cover the Kent / Sussex area.

‘The Role’

• Motivate, lead and support a team of Health and Social Care NVQ Assessor across the Kent / Sussex area
• Performance management
• Setting and monitoring KPIs
• Ensuring quality standards
• Staff development
• Staff recruitment
• Sales and marketing activities to support the continuous growth
• To form and maintain good working relationships with external bodies
• Deal with any performance issues following company procedures
• To plan, deliver and evaluate workshops and standardizations
• To carry out verification in line with strategy and business requirements

‘Criteria’

• Must hold Assessor / Verifier Awards (D Units / A1 / V1 Awards)
• Strong background within Health and Social Care (Elderly Care)
• Experience of managing a team of NVQ Assessors
• Strong motivation and Team Leading skills
