Operations Manager

This training provider has established itself as a market leader in providing funded, part-funded and fully commercial training solutions to businesses. Due to growth they are now looking to add a new member to the team lead the companies apprenticeship programmes, including; programme development, operational delivery, awarding body compliance and funding compliance. The role will based in their head office in Lincolnshire.

You will need hands on experience in developing and delivering apprenticeship frameworks. Delivering of functional skills programmes within apprenticeships and have a thorough understanding of SFA funding rules and eligibility's. Working knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks produced by CSkills, EU Skills, Lanta and Skills for Logistics would be advantageous.

Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills, well developed written and oral skills along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills.

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to 35k (depending on experience), company car after you have passed your 3 month probation period, laptop, smartphone, attractive annual leave package and performance related bonus.
