Description Our client is seeking a Process Development Engineer to provide process development for the encapsulation, scribe and break, flexible display and mechanical testing processes on polymer light emitting diodes. The role will primarily focus on 14inch developments, but will also support the 6inch processing line. You should be a Physics, Material Science or Process Engineering graduate with ideally 5 years relevant experience in a hi-tech engineering or manufacturing environment, on barrier layer deposition methods and metrics, glass material properties and leak testing methodology. You should also have experience of clean room process control and operation and a background of adhesives materials and properties. Good communication skills and proven problem solving abilities are essential. It would be desirable for you to have good working knowledge of Microsoft software, and experience of Access, MS Project, AutoCAD and statistical software packages.
