Description		PROJECT MANAGER / CHESHIRE / �NEG * Our client's Operations Control Group is seeking a Project Manager with a proven project management experience in the manufacturing field * They are part of the Operations Group who manufacture the ground-based elements of a satellite communications system for the international defence markets * You will have proven ability to lead, organise & control a project team & communicate with internal/external customers and employees regularly. You will also: - Meet project milestones, schedule/budget requirements - Define/implement project strategy, policy/processes - Fully understand risk management & implementation of risk plans - Liaise with internal/external customers - Establish, control & report schedule/costs - Identify project resources, skills & training requirements - Manage project performance measures - Assist in the management the bid process - Ensure all resources are effectively utilised & risks/uncertainties are managed - Plan/conduct internal & customer progress reviews - Review programmes, capability, resource, skills, documentation & deliverables - Ensure project is conducted according to company policies, procedures/security aspects
