Description		We are looking for a talented Production Engineer to join an established defence engineering company. The role requires someone who can liaise with Head of Operations and Production Control Manager to assist in establishing build process and tooling designed to meet the customer�s requirements for prototype and production quantities. Responsibilities - To oversee the smooth introduction of new and existing designs of complex electro mechanical equipment from development to manufacture. - To provide information on assembly time - Provide feedback to Design producing where necessary Production Easements, Change Requests, Concessions, Production Permits and Design for Manufacture issues. Candidates should have in-depth experience in an electro-mechanical production environment. Low volume batch type manufacture experience gained within a defence equipment manufacturing environment.Experience of ISO9000 systems or equivalent. Lean mamufacuring exp. The ideal applicant will be someone who can show initiative and bring ideas and a fresh approach to the team.
