Job Title: TECHNICAL MANAGER - (Electronics Systems/Automotives)

Role Description: Managing a multi-disciplined team, including electronics designers both software and hardware and technicians, the technical manager will assist the R&D function for the company. Reporting directly to the MD, you will work closely with clients (mainly automotive and defence) in the design and development of electronic controls and instruments for their products. The role will involve hands on design and project management from cradle to grave for numerous projects.

Required Experience: The technical manager will have a mix of hands on electronic hardware and software experience and man-management. Working closely with the R&D and designers within automotive and military companies, ideally you will have experience of running large projects that are constantly changing criteria to keep up with the latest industry trends. Any experience of working in a regulated environment would be beneficial. Ideally you will be HNC or degree qualified in electronics or similar.

Salary & Location: £40,000-£48,000 + Package' based Reading, Slough, High Wycombe, Newbury, Basingstoke, Southampton, Eastleigh, Swindon, Guildford, Berks, Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, South East.
