An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Test Engineer based in Essex to join a market leader for a range of high performance, real time embedded computing board and systems which are used extensively by UK and European aerospace, defence and military equipment manufacturers.

Due to continued growth they require a Test Engineer to test and repair boards and systems in accordance with procedures supplied, recording corrective actions and failure rates using the in house system.

Key skills/experience:
Test and repair experience
Rework and assembly
IPC-A-610D Class III
Analogue and Digital components
Soldering both through hole and SMT
Circuit diagrams and schematics
Test equipment

Successful candidates will ideally be qualified to a degree level in a related discipline and be eligible to gain security clearance.
