We are urgently seeking a hands-on, practical Graduate Electronics Engineer with C and assembler level embedded firmware design knowledge to join an Energy focused company specialising in innovative automated meter readings.

Joining a smaller, R&D focused team of electronics & software professionals, this is a unique opportunity for a Graduate Electronics Engineer to kick start their career within a thriving, multi-faceted business with an exceptional reputation on the market.

With a Degree in Electronics (or closely related subject), this Graduate Electronics Engineer will have hands on capabilities when is comes to surface-mount technology (SMT) and proto-type PCB builds, as well as the following skills / experience:

• C and assembler level embedded firmware design principles - focus on Microchip
• Experience of working with digital electronics
• Analogue and digital circuit design
• Ability to design and prototype electronic circuits
• Able to test products and write reports
• PCB test & debug skills
• Familiarity with common lab equipment including scopes, digital multi and soldering equipment.

We are looking for a Graduate Electronics Engineer who has demonstrated keen problem solving abilities and who can work autonomously when required, as well as clearly communicating their ideas.
