Electronics Design Engineer

Core competences must include: analogue design, digital design, use of FPGAs .

Desirable attributes include:
Working with embedded LCD Displays
High speed digital design with knowledge of signal integrity verification
Knowledge of vehicle based communication and multiplexing systems i.e CAN Bus, LIN Bus, Flexray.
Exposure to the approvals process including E-Marking embodying design for EMC, ESD, transients.
Design for test.

The role will be as follows:
Micro-controller based design for Automotive components including Instrument Clusters, displays, body electronics, Multiplexing system components, Engine Management systems.
Close cooperation with multidisciplinary teams including SW designers, PCB Designers, Enclosure and Mechanical component designers.
