Description		And no travel to client sites!! This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT support specialist with accounting software package experience (or an IT person who was previously in accountancy) to get full training in Sage MMS - (Sage's mid market solution - a skill that is highly in demand in the UK) and enjoy an in-house support role with no travel. This growing management consultancy offer accounting, CRM and e-commerce solutions and are Sage partners for their ERP and CRM products. They are one of the few consultancies to have a dedicated team of support people working solely in-house to offer the highest levels of service to their clients. Your role will encompass telephone support for Sage MMS on a 9 - 5 basis and liaising with Sage where necessary for additional advice. At least a year in an IT support role is essential - supporting accounting products from another vendor such as Exchequer, Pegasus Opera II, Coda, Great Plains, Cedar OpenAccounts, Sun Accounts etc - and an excellent telephone manner and problem solving skills. You will receive professional training in Sage MMS leading to accreditation in the future - and you will NOT BE required to travel to client site - but will operate from the company's offices via telephone and remote contact.
