Description		Technical Specialist/Consultant/Client Support Location: Near Basingstoke, Hampshire Basic: �25K - �28K + Benefits + Excellent Training Package Our Client is a rapidly expanding Technology organisation based near Basingstoke. Due to their continued success and growth they are looking to appoint a Technical Specialist/Consultant to join the existing team. Although office based your key responsibilities will include attendance at customer meetings, dealing with any technical requirements and solutions where required. The majority of their customers are implementing Blade Solutions and Virtualisation, therefore an indepth knowledge of these technologies would be preferred. You should have 2-3 years Enterprise Project experience together with good client facing skills, with experience of working at client sites. Able to investigate and report on certain products/technologies you will also have the ability to write supporting documentation. Your Qualifications should include some Microsoft, (e.g. MCSA or MSCE), or CCNA (or working towards). Any IBM Server/Storage qualifications or have relevant experience with Data Centre Technologies would be a distinct advantage. Personal Qualities and Skills:- An effective communicator at all levels both internally and externally; Able to demonstrate a professional attitude and approach to all work-related tasks; Be organised, motivated and have an enthusiastic personality; Understand the need for good documentation control and system procedures; Ability to adapt to different challenges and situations; Excellent problem solver; Desire to learn new techniques and skills; A history of long and short term project work and an inherent understanding of deadlines, communication and planning; The ability to work within a team and manage solo projects.
