Description The Applicant MUST have their own transport as the location of this role is based in a rural area.

Essentials Skills:

· Excellent Help Desk skills (communication, questioning, problem solving)

· Proven PC/Laptop and general network connectivity/troubleshooting experience.

· Experience of setting up laptops remote access services and devices.

· Good knowledge of MS Office 2002-2003 and some knowledge of Office 2007,

· Configuring and setting up of printers and print queues,

· Windows based network/Server support skills (Windows 2003 based network),

· Active Directory,

· DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP,

· Exchange Server (2003 and above).



*Citrix experience would also be an advantage
