The Role
· The specification, development and verification of .NET-based application software
· Support and rectification of customer reported issues and the management of fixes and code release
The Company
My client is a global leader in providing professional communication solutions for broadcast, live performance, military, government and commercial markets.
The Company is seeking to further strengthen the R&D team with the addition of a Software Engineer to continue development of key products for the company’s intercom systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Development Manager and progress into a key role leading specific application developments.
Required Skills
· Proven Software development experience.
· Proven C# / .NET development experience.
· Experience with agile development practices.
Desirable Skills
· 2:1 or higher degree in Computing or Science/Math subject.
· ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MS SQL Server.
· Creating deployment packages using tools such as InstallAWARE / InstallShield.
· Unit testing tools such as NUnit.
· Knowledge of Audio and Telecoms industries.
· SCRUM.
· Team leading / mentoring.
· Design Patterns.
· Knowledge / experience of Ethernet, IP and VoIP.
