The Role
The role will include:
· Pre-sales Technical Support
· Sales/Marketing Support
· Quotations
· Post-sales Technical Support
· Exhibition and Product Demonstration Support
· Product Training

The Company
My client is a global leader in providing professional communication solutions for broadcast, live performance, military, government and commercial markets.

Required Skills
· Hands on experience providing technical support in Broadcast, Live Entertainment or other “Mission Critical” environments.
· Experience supporting software based systems, particularly embedded control systems or data communications equipment.
· Hands on Network Administration experience. Particularly IP based LAN and WAN infrastructure.
· Familiar with a wide range of Computer applications, including Microsoft’s Office suite, Visio, Word, Excel, Access
· Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills.
· Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
· Proven relationship-builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills
· Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.


Desirable Skills
· Educated to degree level in Electronics or Computer Science or a related field of study; or equivalent combination of education and experience plus related experience.
· CNE certification is desirable
