Description Established company with headquarters in Swavesey is recruiting an IT Desktop Support Analyst.

Working in a team environment you will be supporting approximately 150 users in 8 locations.

Your key responsibility will be to provide excellent 1st line helpdesk support both face to face and remote support over the telephone.

You will be able to install and configure PC's Wyse Terminals, Printers, Mobile Phones, Blackberries and Fax machines, while escalating 2nd / 3rd line fixes to the appropriate colleague.

This is an exciting role with potential progression to 2nd and 3rd Line Support.

Hours 9am - 5.30pm
