Description		Our client has a good mix of business management, accountancy and technical expertise and are firmly established as a reputable and professional accounting software solutions provider. They are in the process of moving to Gloucester and are a seeking an additional member for the accounting software support team. Your role will involve answering client queries via telephone and email, establishing solid relationships and providing solutions to their problems. Software supported includes Coda and Access Accounts. Candidates will be working, either in a similar accounting software support role, or in an end user accounting position - looking to make the move across to systems support. You should have good knowledge of any leading accounting software such as Sage, Pegasus Opera II, Exchequer, Coda, SunSystems, Access Dimensions, SAP Business One, Navision etc. together with excellent communication skills, the desire to work in a service oriented role, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Any accounting qualifications would be highly regarded.
